How can I find out the status of my application?
We carefully review all received applications and assess the suitability of candidates for the job.
We personally contact only those candidates who are best suited to the position. If you are not selected at the time, we will keep your details on our database for one year from the date of application. This gives us the opportunity to offer you suitable positions in the future.

How does SOL onboard and train new employees?
We process new employee documentation on the first day of work, for which a valid identification document is required. SOL Baltics fulfils all its legal obligations towards employees. On the first day of work, safety training and induction take place. This helps prevent workplace accidents and work-related illnesses. In SOL, onboarding programmes are set up according to position. What kind of equipment do you provide? Are work uniforms supplied by the company?
We consider it important that our employees have the best opportunities to do their jobs well. Therefore, we provide ergonomic, modern and professional work equipment appropriate to the position. Work clothing is free of charge and selected according to the job specification and safety requirements. When necessary, the employee is also provided with special work footwear and protective equipment.
