Management

SOL’s management philosophy emphasizes responsibility, trust, creativity, freedom, goals and a joyful and professional work. Responsible and sustainable business practices, high ethical standards, and the safety and well-being of employees are of utmost importance to us. We cultivate a working environment where teamwork, engagement and development lead to the best solutions.

Mentoring as a management style

As many as ten SOL Baltics managers have completed training in coaching mentorship and use mentoring practices in daily management.

Two members of the SOL management team are also members of the Fontes Alumni Club, and more managers join our ranks of mentors every year. This provides our managers with unified managament quality and knowledge on how to better support their employees and their development.
