But your recruitment partner just invited me to chat \u2013 that made an impression. What makes him happiest at work is the environment: a friendly team, a healthy atmosphere and the opportunity to see how others work together. \u201cI like the daily puzzles \u2013 problems rarely repeat, there is always something new. It is exciting to deal with different engineering systems, equipment and specialists. It is impossible to get bored here.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>Outside of work, Virginijus is a true adventure seeker. He started paragliding after having a dream in which he soared into the sky. Seeing people gliding in the mountains, he decided to learn. \u201cIf you want to fly well, you have to learn a lot: to observe space, to understand air currents. In fact, I only started flying properly after 10-12 years,\u201d he says. He has now spent over 20 years in the sky. His most memorable flight took place this year at an altitude of 4 kilometers. \u201cCold, windy, shaky \u2013 but so many wings all around, the feeling is indescribable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/sol.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img_20231129_120348-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21950\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.750007629627369;width:222px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sol.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img_20231129_120348-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sol.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img_20231129_120348-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/sol.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img_20231129_120348-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/sol.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img_20231129_120348.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Virginijus also takes part in competitions, where he often has to compete with more than a hundred participants. \u201cFor me, it is an achievement to get into the top ten,\u201d he says.
