SOL provides Metaprint with indoor cleaning, outdoor area maintenance, and special cleaning services. In addition to daily work, SOL regularly carries out more thorough tasks \u2013 such as cleaning cable trays and lighting fixtures \u2013 which help prevent dust from entering the packaging. This is especially important in food packaging production, where any contamination can result in quality issues. <\/p>\n<\/div>

The collaboration now covers more than 5,000 m\u00b2 of cleaning space, including 1,500 m\u00b2 of production areas and around 400 m\u00b2 of office space. Although production runs in multiple shifts, Metaprint and SOL have managed to optimize cleaning so that it is carried out five days a week, with other cleaning tasks divided between SOL and the company\u2019s own team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alttoa emphasizes: \u201cIt\u2019s important to find a balance \u2013 where we need more frequent cleaning and where less frequent cleaning is enough. SOL helped us determine the right frequencies and adjusts them when needed. Work flows smoothly when both parties put in the effort at the start, making it possible to maintain stable quality for years.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

Innovation also plays an important role in the partnership. SOL\u2019s services have evolved over time \u2013 the selection of cleaning machines has improved, and new solutions for hard-to-reach areas have been tested. Recommendations are also made regarding cleaning agents, tailored to specific surfaces and desired results. <\/p>\n\n

Audits at Metaprint are strict \u2013 including compliance with the FSSC 22000 food safety standard. \u201cSOL stands by us in every external audit \u2013 from the cleanliness of cleaning equipment and chemical documentation to compliance with safety requirements. There is no room for compromise here.\u201d <\/p>\n\n
