That\u2019s how his path toward becoming an engineer began.<\/p>\n<p>Colleagues and clients speak warmly of Modestas \u2013 and not without reason. \u201cI simply try to be friendly with people, and I take my work very seriously. When you do your job well, clients notice,\u201d he says. It\u2019s this simplicity and sincerity that often become his greatest strengths.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about his future plans, Modestas mentions that he would like to lead a team specializing solely in refrigeration and ventilation systems. He believes that a motivated and focused team can achieve truly impressive results. His values? Reliability is number one. And even more important \u2013 to work with joy.<\/p>\n<p>An interesting detail from Modestas&#8217; life \u2013 during his teenage years, he used to pick mushrooms in the forest and sell them to buyers to save up for a bicycle. \u201cIt was tough \u2013 I had to get up really early,\u201d he says with a smile.
