Modestas joined our company in Lithuania while still a third-year university student – looking for a place where he could not only gain hands-on experience but also get involved in real work.

At the time, he was hired part-time as a technician, and the fact that the employer allowed him to balance work with his studies left a positive impression and encouraged him to stay longer. That’s how his path toward becoming an engineer began.
Colleagues and clients speak warmly of Modestas – and not without reason. “I simply try to be friendly with people, and I take my work very seriously. When you do your job well, clients notice,” he says. It’s this simplicity and sincerity that often become his greatest strengths.
When asked about his future plans, Modestas mentions that he would like to lead a team specializing solely in refrigeration and ventilation systems. He believes that a motivated and focused team can achieve truly impressive results. His values? Reliability is number one. And even more important – to work with joy.
An interesting detail from Modestas’ life – during his teenage years, he used to pick mushrooms in the forest and sell them to buyers to save up for a bicycle. “It was tough – I had to get up really early,” he says with a smile. Now, in his free time, Modestas enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in active play with his kids, playing chess, sports (especially basketball), and occasionally – video games.
He’s the kind of person who quietly and sincerely does his job – and that’s often the most valuable kind.
