Riigi Kinnisvara AS and SOL Baltics have been partners for over ten years. During this time, SOL has provided Riigi Kinnisvara with various property maintenance services, including technical maintenance, cleaning services, laundry services and territory marking. Our role is to help Riigi Kinnisvara ensure the flawless operation of buildings and their technical systems while delivering high-quality cleaning services that adhere to the principles of environmental sustainability and efficiency.

According to Riigi Kinnisvara CEO Tarmo Leppoja, maintaining building technical systems is one of their biggest challenges. “For us, it is crucial that building technical systems operate smoothly and energy-efficiently. With the help of SOL’s technical maintenance team, we have been able to address nonconformities and malfunctions in a timely manner, improving overall system reliability. Additionally, SOL has contributed to the digitalization of preventive maintenance and supported the development of our technical systems management software,” says Leppoja.
Innovative solutions and continuous development
Riigi Kinnisvara confirms that our services have evolved over the years, becoming more environmentally friendly and modern. “We have implemented innovative solutions offered by SOL, including robots and automated washing systems in cleaning services,” says Leppoja. Cleaning robots are used in the shared ministry building, making work organization more efficient. Additionally, several Riigi Kinnisvara properties are equipped with Miele washing machines featuring an automatic dosing system, ensuring high-quality cleaning textiles while reducing chemical and water consumption.

Emergency situations are resolved efficiently, and collaboration with project managers and technicians has been excellent,” praises Leppoja.
Sustainability is also a key priority for Riigi Kinnisvara, and we have been a strong partner in this area. “Starting from 2024, all state institutions must assess their environmental footprint, and with SOL’s support, we can do this more accurately and data-driven.
