Training seminar of SOL Baltics’ new internal auditors took place in Riga in October

In October, SOL Baltics’ employees participated in a seminar conducted by BM Certification that introduced the standards of ISO management systems and the role of internal auditors.

SOL Baltics’ proudly certified internal auditors from Latvia and Lithuania

SOL Baltics has implemented an integrated system of quality, environmental protection and occupational safety that meets the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Our internal audits are carried out by our own employees who have received the necessary training. Until now, SOL Baltics had 11 internal auditors who were all from Estonia.

This year, we decided to take a step further and make our circle of internal auditors international. Our colleagues from Latvia (4 employees) and Lithuania (3 employees) participated in the seminar.

At the seminar, participants learned about ISO standards and how to read them, conducted practice audits and prepared final reports. As a result, our Latvian and Lithuanian colleagues can also conduct internal audits now.
