To ensure the preservation of the long lifespan of a building, it must be constantly maintained and inspected
The technical maintenance of structures includes regular inspections at a predetermined frequency, condition evaluations and planning of the necessary technical maintenance works.
The frequency of the recommended inspection of internal structures is once a year, and the main structures are inspected every 3 to 5 years.
For the maintenance of the main structures, SOL offers the following:
- Inspecting the functioning of exterior doors; oiling and adjusting if necessary
- Inspecting the state of windows; tidying, oiling and adjusting if necessary
- Inspecting the state and fastening of facade elements
- Maintaining the roof and eaves, incl. inspecting and cleaning drainages and looking for leaks
- Keeping accounts and suggesting repairs
For the maintenance of a building’s internal structures, SOL offers the following:
- Inspecting the safety and functioning of interior doors and display cases, tidying them
- Inspecting wall surfaces
- Inspecting floor coverings, fastening loose parts if necessary
- Inspecting ceilings
